  • Thanks for getting in touch with us. In this case, we’re not responsible for this issue, as this section of land is not a Lincolnshire county council highways maintainable asset. However, to find the owner of the land you can contact the Land registry at https://www.gov.uk/ government/ organisations/ land-registry Thank you for reporting this matter.

  • After the Water Board now saying that this land does not belong to them. I forwarded the letter they sent regarding this. You have since replied I should get in touch with the land owner. Please advise who is the land owner.

  • The land owner for this area in the Council. If you would like Togo on land registry you would also see this. As you are responsible we expect you to action this as soon as possible.

  • With reference to our complaint 2819388 reported last week and re your reply this morning to me by email I am afraid to say your decision is totally unacceptable. The drain gullies x 2 on our corner are blocked and even light rain floods the road. My garden was washed away again last night and if you don’t clean out the gullies urgently you leave me no alternative but to issue South Holland District Council with a claim for replacing soil for the third time since we started to have problems over the last two years. If the council did their job correctly and maintain the drains regularly we wouldn’t have this problem, they need unblocking urgently to prevent further damage to our property.
