Flowing water, no risk to life or property problem

Reported in the Flowing water, no risk to life or property category by Customer Services at 12:53, Thu 30 May 2024

Council ref: 7100007.

Following a multi-agency meeting on 29th of May 2024 (with Rowan Smith, AW, County and District Cllrs, and Parish Council), please could the highways system outlined within the attached plan be cleansed, jetted, and CCTV'd to outfall. It is possible that the outfall of the highways system has been compromised by a recent development infilling a watercourse. Civils gang to be in attendance to rectify any defects. Amongst other concerns, the drainage pipeline outside number 11 is noted to be collapsed and has since be infilled. This will require excavation and reinstatement. The gully has been holding water for the past 18 months
