Junction between Coult Avenue and Meadow Lane

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2808477.

Road surface is broken up and has created loose gravel near to the speed bump at the junction. Gets worse every time it rains and has been deteriorating over a number of weeks. Area seems to flood regularly. It is creating a slippy surface with poor grip.
