Foxby Hill from roadwork to top of hill
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2808646.
All the streetlights are off at night between the roundabout works at the bottom of Foxby Hill and the top of Foxby Hill (the ones on the level section at the top if Foxby Hill are on at night). This is not good given the location of the Care Centre and pedestrians from the new housing using the footpath crossing the road opposite the entrance to Foxby Warren in complete darkness.
