• Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

• We’re sending you this message to let you know that we have been unable to identify the defects accurately, however an officer will attend the location again once the water has gone. If the fault deteriorates significantly then please report this again to us and we will investigate further. Thank you for reporting this matter.

• It is unclear how the officer cannot see such a large defect in the road. The drainage around this area is appalling, which arguably is one on many contributors to roads deteriorations. Every time it rains the road floods. I am happy to meet with the officer to ensure every pothole is addressed.
