Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2809163.
This drain floods every time it rains. The water never properly drains away, so the blockage must be underground as the next drain along outside numbers 32 and 34 Sandringham Drive is also blocked. This problem has been going on for more than a year now but the water level has got so high now that it is flooding over the pavement and into the adjacent property as you can see from the photos.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

There has been no update on this job since the 20th of June, we are now on the 1st of October and are flooded again. This is the fourth time in a year that this has happened (I have it fully documented) and each time it gets worse. As you can see from the pictures of today's flood it reached my neighbour's front door. All the houses in the area are now very worried every time it rains. When can we have an update as to when the work will be done? We can't go through another winter of worry
