The entire stretch of hi way floods after heavy rain takes 24hr to disperse looks like the system is partially blocked Because of this I have witnessed vehicles driving on the other side of the road which is extremely dangerous as there is not much visibility due to the bend in the road I've also seen pedestrians getting soaked aswell
