Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 2810161.

After heavy rainfall water is coming into the property from outside causing wet floors and damage to appliances. Has happened about 6 times in the last 2 years. Been reported and surveyor came out but nothing done to resolve problem as still happening.
