  • You have turned what was a footpath into a dangerous track that will attract off road vehicles. Green Lane has never been a "road" for motor vehicles but is and always has been for very many years a woodland footpath suitable for pedestrians only. By widening it to the extent that you have you have created a serious safety issue for walkers on that footpath and for us as residents at South Lodge, NG32 2DB, where we frequently have young children at our property who have now been put at risk from nuisance motorcyclists and off roaders who will be attracted to what was once a FOOT path but is now a wide track. We will not hesitate to take legal action when such risks occur. It is imperative for public safety that you erect a sign saying "No Motor Vehicles" at the beginning of the footpath near South Lodge.
