Green Lane towards Mill Lane

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2810299.

Horrendous potholes. Access to Mill Lane almost impossible anything other than a 4x4. It is the only large vehicular access to Mill House Farm and Lodge and needs urgent attention
