When a vehicle drives over drain cover hear a very, very loud noise. Seems cover either lifting up or going inwards.

Please can somebody cap the street light on the High Street South Witham opposite 21-23 and we are next door at 17. Our neighbour contacted you as it was directly shinning in his bedroom and a new lamp has been fitted but now it is so bright and shinning into our front bedrooms. It is also lighting up the whole of the front of our house at night. It's too much. Many Thanks.

22 June 2024 ironwork road cover reported. Two and half months now lapsed and no action, why?
According to Highways Asset Maintenance Policy, October 2022 this should have been resolved within 24 hours.
