Biffa lorry hit sign at 05:25 26/06/24, it is at a 45 degree angle. CCTV footage shows collision ( City of Lincoln Council) and i have saved the footage should you require it. The Biffa driver stopped and photographed sign after collision, so he may have reported it to you already?
