You are employing incompetent and dangerous contractors. They have set up a contra flow on a blind bend so neither side can see on coming traffic. Then set the lights times so short that a cyclist cannot get through the lights in time before meeting on coming traffic, as the lights have changed at the other end. I was nearly struck by oncoming traffic who did not see me until it was nearly too late. I don’t appreciate being put at risk because of incompetence and a failure to appreciate vulnerable road users are slower than cars please address urgently
