Previous poor quality repairs completed last year are already failing as no hardcore was used, tarmac just shoveled over very deep holes with no new foundations. They are collapsing as there are still caverns underneath. I can get my whole foot in at least five holes that have reappeared, some are big enough to take my Citroen tyre
