Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2811094.

As a disable person the footpaths in mint lane are extremely difficult to navigate there are 4 disable spaces in mint lane ,if your a wheelchair user its impossible to use paths you have to use the road .
