Reported via mobile in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 19:25, Mon 1 July 2024
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2811139.
I reported this problem in May. The tree maintenance team came and took all the brackets off the tree but didn’t do anything about the tree roots pushing the pavement up. My guess is that the tripping hazard is raised about 75mm.

I’ve just reviewed my report and the predictive text has changed one word on the second line. It should say tree branches not brackets.

They’ve only fixed a small area near the tree. The whole pavement is lifted about 75mm with a large crack in the centre.

Although the workmen came and sorted out one small area near the tree (as can be seen in one of the photos) there is still the original trip hazard present. There’s a significant hump in the pavement with a crack in the middle of it, the pavement had lifted maybe 100mm just waiting for the next person to trip over. Please send someone to sort it out properly this time. David Dawes
