  • We’re sending you this message to let you know that in this instance, we don’t intend on taking immediate action. Because our current resources are extremely limited we have to focus our enforcement on matters of a significant danger or nuisance to road users. Also, no evidence could be found to identify the vehicle concerned. We can, however, continue to monitor the site during our routine inspections and will review the situation.
