Large inspection cover rattling again, after two previous repairs

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2811218.
Many residents are fed up of this making a metallic rattle every time a vehicle goes over it. It was fine before it was installed and it was fine for a short while after installation, it has since been bodged twice which has last indefinitely. It needs the original installer to repair it properly or replace it as we are fed up of this noise pollution now.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

This is on the highway we pay you to maintain. It has been bodged before and that was reported to yourselves. Please get on to them about it before it collapses and causes a serious accident

Residents report this was repaired this week, it is still rattling so has not been repaired well at all. Who is paying for these constant repair attempts? You have also not marked this as completed or action scheduled so I will create a new report.
