We are sorry but we do not propose to replace the hazard marker post. These posts are a sign that is meant to warn motorists of a hazard, they have been misused in the past, as they fall into disrepair about the county their replacement is being assessed and in this instance we cannot agree to replace them. The water meter is the responsibility of Anglian Water, we suggest you approach them to discus this issue of potential damage. You can contact them on https://www.anglianwater.co.uk/ contact-us/ Thank you for reporting this matter.
