Near entrance to Ground Court

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2811331.

Near entrance to Ground Court, dropped into it as traffic on other side and make a loud bang. Have observed cars swerving into the other lane of traffic to avoid.
