  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

    Tree and problem still exists 2 months later. Can you please advise on what is being done to clear the walk way?

  • As previously stated, BT will need to cut the branches within the area of their cables. You can report this to them at https://www.openreach.com/ help-and-support/ damage-health-and-safety Thank you for reporting this matter.
