Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2811559.

Undulating road area approx near speed limit sign and side track. Getting similar to how road was east side of brandy wharf bridge. Even at 18 MPH

  • Its not speed limit sign its a horse warning sign on brandy wharf side of sign and some thing else waddingham side might be road narrows
