Depression in the road outside my son's house. This was sorted last year after I had to go through the complaints procedure but depression coming back. I believe there is a trench running underneath the road which could be causing the problem. Before correcting, trial holes need doing to get to the root of the problem. Everytime it rains, water gathers in and around the depression then cars splash the water up my door. My son has to check for vehicles before opening his door as water gets into his house.

    After recent rain last week, the depression I reported has got worse. I appreciate that you said it'll be up to 14 days before you let me know any updates, but I wanted to make you aware it's getting worse, especially since more rain is planned.
