• When it rains it floods the whole area and has caused internal flooding, if this continues after report I intend to claim damages from LCC

• Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

• We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because there are no blockages to the drains along this road and were cleaned in January 2024. The standing water is minimal after heavy rain. Thank you for reporting this matter.

• Despite having been cleaned six months ago, it is evident to me that this drain is currently blocked, as it is overflowing with two buckets of water. Consequently, my house has been flooded as a result. I would like to make it known that if my house is flooded again due to this blocked drain, the LCC will be held liable for any damages incurred. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

• Why has this been closed when it’s clearly backing up even on a dry day can pour two buckets of water down and it overflows
