Road signs not visible and missing

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2811838.

Road signs at these crossroads, and near to the crossroads warning of the junction just ahead are 1. Covered in overgrown foliage and 2. The sign warning of the cross roads as you approach from the North heading South the street sign is completely spin around so not visible to drivers.
