How the hell can this have been fixed? This cover has NOT been replaced. This is an accident waiting to happen. The cavity below this cover is at least six feet deep. There will be hell to pay if it cracks completely and a child falls through. Furthermore if my car is damaged exiting or entering my drive I will be suing Lincolnshire Country Council!!!!

How many more times do I have to TELL you that this has NOT been fixed. NO ONE has even visited the site let alone replaced the cover. How do I know? Because I have been monitoring your so-called non-existent "work"!
By what measure are you claiming that the issue has been resolved?
I will be lodging a complaint about this utter incompetence

We acknowledge your concerns and can confirm the 'completed job' was only for the initial visit which then found that it needed passing on to Anglian Water for their attention as this is not a Lincolnshire County Council asset. We have reported this to Anglian Water on your behalf and asked them to investigate. Please contact them directly at https://www.anglianwater.co.uk/ contact-us/ if you require any further information. Thank you for reporting this matter.
