I can't add to report 407458, so I have had to make a new report to pass you this info. 407458 is marked as work scheduled. That was back in Feb 24 I think. Yellow markings were put on the road where the problem is. Those markings have now worn off and no work has been done. This has been ongoing since 2021. Attached are photos of the continuing damage to my wall caused by the standing water. I request an update on 407458 please

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
