Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2812349.

Today the road sweeper came and swept the road and made a hole in the tarmac next to the gutter it has lifted the tarmac up and left it.I am concerned because they are a lot of old people live around here my neighbour has already fallen down and broken her arm in another hole near this one which as been marked with yellow paint
