I believe this is being caused by a blocked drain outside number 11 which was reported some time ago. According to your records somebody was sent to inspect / repair - but as you will see from the photos the problem is still very much present and worse in fact than the last time it was reported as it extends as far as no 15 Welby Gardens. I have redacted the VIN numbers of parked vehicles.

We have an update. Our highways team have issued this work out to one of their delivery gangs. We’ll let you know when the job is complete.

I have asked for an update via our local councilor but despite the fact it is now September I have still not heard whether this problem has been addressed. Are you able to provide an update as this issue will not go away without intervention
