Pothole on pavement/verge problem

Council ref: 4195003.

This relates to two previous recent reports 4194634 and
4194917. Customer states he has been reporting this for about three years. Customer states that rather than a pothole it is a deep dip in the road, so more an uneven surface but the dip is filling with water on rainy days and this is happening so frequently that his property is getting damaged from the amount of water splashing.
