Whole length of Horncastle Lane A15 to A46
Reported via desktop in the Pothole on road/cycleway category anonymously at 11:45, Tue 16 July 2024
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2812479.
This road is completely dangerous with large sections of the carriageway collapsed at the edges all the way from the A15 to the A46. Large lorries now use this road more and more as a short cut and vehicles coming from the various new developments in the area. When you meet lorries coming towards you avoiding action has to be taken, hopefully without going down into the trenches at the sides which would totally wreck your car in places. This road needs completely rebuilding or closing to avoid potential serious accidents.
This report is now closed to updates from the public. You can make a new report in the same location.
