Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2812496.

Still awaiting the clearing of dyke and drains from floods in October. Last nights rain flooded the road again as drains and dyke still not unblocked this is causing us untoward stress as we do not want the same to happen as last year.
