Reported on enquiry 2812613 but unrelated.
Standing water collected between CW and privately owned fields. Appears drainage is inadequate at this location. Consulting SHO on best course of action.
Note gully on opposite side of CW has no standing water, or water in chamber, after 1 night's rainfall. Photographs #5 - 7 included for quick reference.
