  • We’re sending you this message to let you know that the material used on the Kirton Centre job including on London Road is HRA. Generally, there is a degree of initial aggregate lose when this material is laid, particularly at high stress locations such junctions, roundabout etc. A meeting has been booked with our contractor to carryout a thorough post works inspection where any issues relating to materials and/or workmanship will be picked up and addressed. In addition to this, the entire job is still within the warranty period and so any subsequent defects will picked up and addressed. Thank you for reporting this matter.

State changed to: No further action
