  • This previously reported issue has reoccurred again after previous repairs. It is filled in with tarmac every time it is reported but as the manhole is not securely fixed the tarmac is breaking up every time a vehicle runs over it. I am of the opinion that a flexible surround around the manhole is needed and the surrounding filled with concrete to prevent unnecessary constant repairs.
