Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2812808.

There are Poison Hemlock plants on verge way of Waterrail just past Antons Gowt in direction of Langrick bridge. I saw it in the verge close to the path within touching & picking distance . I later saw a couple. The lady had a bunch of it in her hand so I informed her what it was & if it's high toxicity & advised she washed her hands asap. The plants had the very distinctive purple blotches . As these are easily accessible & highly toxic ( with no known antidote ) please can they be safely removed promptly .
