Tree branch has snapped off. Not blocking road or highway but is blocking pedestrian access to communal area.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue. In this case, the tree is not on one of the areas we look after and it is possibly North Kesteven District Council's responsibility. You can contact them at https://www.n-kesteven.gov.uk/ your-council/ council-offices-and-contact-details/ contact-the-main-office/ . Alternatively, to find the owner of the land you could contact Land Registry here . Thank you for reporting this matter.
