On the turning into Global way from Normanton Lane, immediately on antrance and then another section 20 meters into the road

Reported via desktop in the Pothole on road/cycleway category anonymously at 15:13, Wed 24 July 2024

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2813386.

A number of very bad potholes extending all along the first 30m of the road. Approx 15 holes in total, all at least 50mm deep with some nearly 100mm deep. please see the pictures. this is a serious safety hazard. It destroyed my tyre on the way to work. This has been a problem for at least 4 months, but as no-one has repaired it and now my vehicle has suffered damage I feel that I must report this issue.

State changed to: not the council's responsibility

  • Hello, I have tried to discern who has responsibility for the road from the land registry site as per the email you sent me. but roads do not seem to be covered by this. I believe your records may be out of date. the road used to be private but according to the local parish, have been adopted by Lincolnshire recently.
