The workers are here today to clear the drains. They have not got my drains, that I have complained about before, on their work schedule as they do not appear on YOUR map. I have two drains outside of my property that are blocked but they are not on your map. I have marked them in RED on a picture (LN5 9DU Chapel Lane.PNG). This causes water to come down on to my drive when it rains and this can be a lot of water and cause flooding of my garage and driveway. Please can you update the map for the drains in Chapel Lane and ask them to Clear them.

    Yes the workmen are here and i have spoken to them. Very pleasant the are too. Unfortunately you still have not listened to me. The map now attached shows two drains not on your system that are blocked at the top of my drive. As they are not there they have not been put on the guys work sheet and as you track them they cannot come and sort out teh issue. Can you please update the plan and get some people out to fix the issue. I would suggest that you have a survey and update to location of manholes and drains in Aubourn. The ones down Church Road have been cleared.

  • Please can you mark the drains on the map so that in future if the drain is blocked i am able to pick the drains on the Fix My Street. I have checked and they are not on your map to be able to be picked. I did request that a surveyor came out to review and update.
