Road closed without warning!!!!

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2813505.

After a long day at work, I just want to get home and relax, but instead I have to drive round in circles for half an hour to find somewhere to dump my car because some thoughtless oik has decided that dogdyke road needs to be covered in gravel… so I can’t get to my house, which is down providence place because the road is blocked by lorries!!! Why was there no warning of these works put up? And why on earth did it need doing anyway? There are roads in awful condition which just seem to be ignored (the road through Martin for example!), whilst roads in fairly good condition seem to get this unwanted attention…
