Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2813713.

After the recent rebuild of the footpath a cone was left outside 14/15 Maxwell Avenue. After moving the cone I saw that the broadband access cover was missing and had been filled with concrete, the cable conduit to No 14 remains exposed and the tarmac has not been finished off around that conduit. The cone currently remains in place.
