Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2813797.
Excessive vegetation, nettles trees and briars from the garden side of the footpath are making it unsafe to use. There is a high risk of being stung from nettles of injured from the overgrown briars from ankle to head height. This issue covers the majority of the footpath and concerns residential and commercial estate. The pathway is very busy and not in a fit state for the amount of footfall that use it

Thank you for your enquiry. An officer has walked this footway and although there are areas of slight overgrowth, it does not yet require immediate attention. Our resources are limited to sites where a high risk of safety is present and currently this site does not qualify as such. We will continue to monitor this site for future flailing works. Thank you for reporting this matter.
