This road is in great need of being re-surfaced. It has become extremely slippery and dangerous for horses. It only needs doing down to the last house because then the horses can get on the farm track..

It has been pointed out to you that this road is dangerous but you choose to do nothing about it. If and when an accident happens you could be legally liable. PLEASE ACT
