Sign (unlit) problem

I have been asked on behalf of the parish council, to query again improving the signage on the A17 to prevent HGVs from entering Leadenham at the bottom of the village. I'm not sure whether it's your department ,but if there was any chance of signs directing lorries to the fact that there was another junction they could use instead at the top of the village. It sounds as if from conversations with some of the drivers they are unaware that there is another junction available.
