Junction on A17 at Beckingham village
Reported via iOS in the Visibility at junction or bend category anonymously at 11:57, Thursday 1 August 2024
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2814065.
Looking right towards Sleaford on the Beckingham village junction with the A17 bushes and trees are overgrown on the highways verge and reducing the line of sight for those at the junction. For pedestrians and cyclists this is a particular problem as it reduces the time to react crossing the carriageway. Traffic here is at 60mph so a matter of seconds to make the correct call on whether to cross the road on bike or foot.
Please could you cut the bushes back
