Street No 3 Rowan Way. Light post May I request a shadow plate be fitted to the Rear of the street lamp. The brighter lights being fitted shine into the Upstairs and front windows. Up until now we have had to us blackout curtains so our grand children can sleep earlier in the evenings. Also due to a recent medical toiletry reason, My wife sleeps down stairs now at night and cannot sleep till after midnight. Your consideration would be much appreciated. Thank you Mr M. M.
