Action scheduled
On public pavement adjacent to driveway for 169 Denton AVenue
Reported via desktop in the Flowing water, life or property at risk category anonymously at 16:06, Thu 1 August 2024
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2814090.
Water continues to flow and has now created a deep hole which is damaging the cars driving through it. This is now a tripping hazard and elderly neighbours who use walking aids are actively avoiding the area as there is a high chance of personal injury. Anglian Water INSIST it is not their problem and recommend contacting Lincolnshire Highways. Anglian Water have dug to investigate and apparently not their issue. There is an immediate risk to property (cars & bicycles) and an immediate risk of tripping especially for the elderly and children who regularly walk around this area. It is not on a private driveway, it is on the pavement. Problem has been here over 12 months now.
