Traffic light at junction of Nettleham Road and outer circle road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2814100.

As you go out of town on Nettleham Road and turn right onto Outer Circle Road the red light is not working. Amber and green are OK, I think.
