Boultham Ave + coulson road x Boultham Park Road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2814379.

It has been agreed that if reports of the fence along coulson road and boultham ave are reported, that report would be forward to city council who in turn would pass to their contractors opposite 5 Boultham ave section of fence collapsed being Lincolnshire Fencing means if not reported will weaken adjoining fence Junction of Coulson x Boultham Park Road bushes etc been cut of fence thus fence leaning over and if not attended will also collapse
