Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2814613.

Hello, There are multiple potholes on this road. One of them spans almost the entire width of it and is over 40mm in some places. There are smaller ones too of various widths and depths. This has been an issue since I moved in in February but I am unsure how long before that it has been an issue.
